You can order backup installation discs
on this site. If you are running Windows Vista Business,
Windows Vista Enterprise or Windows Vista Ultimate, you can
create your own backup discs using the Complete PC Backup
feature found in those editions. NOTE: purchase dates need
to be within 90 days of each other to qualify for backup
discs.

Domain Admin Changes
- CCi secures domain registrations by email address. Only
those with the same email address during initial
registration will have admin access to domain. However,
should the email address change, loss or change of
registration transfer record.
A Domain Name Administrative Email Address Change
escrow account will need to be created. To request a domain
admin change, download our Domain Name Administrative Email
Address Change Escrow Form.pdf form, print it, and send a
copy of the completed forms to us by email at
